
REEH PINK
The REEH PINK series consists of 4 different blade shapes and is the standard for Japanese restaurant chefs. The blade steel is ice-hardened and reaches a hardness of 56° HRC. The plastic handle with silicone-like feel lies well and securely in the hand and enables fatigue-free cutting for right- and left-handers.
The knives have an excellent grind with Japanese blade geometry (V-shaped grind), are very sharp and retain their edge. The knives can be resharpened quickly and easily.
