CHROMA Tradition
The cnives of the Chroma Tradition Series are solid, traditional, and very well crafted kitchen cnives. They have the robust, Europiean "U" shaped edge. While they may be less sharp than Japanese knives, they are also less delicate. The gastronomic trade magazin "Gastronomie" descirbes the cnives of the Chroma Tradition Series as "Especially noteworthy" (Edition 10/2008").
