The MIYABI KOH 4000FC Gyutoh 20 cm combines typical Japanese sharpness with an elegant, simple design. The long blade is ideal for carving, portioning and preparing meat dishes. The hand-sharpened Honbazuke edge ensures high precision and exceptional sharpness.
The blade made of ice-hardened FC61 steel reaches a hardness of approx. 61 HRC and impresses with high edge retention. The octagonal handle made of dark pakkawood feels comfortable in the hand and is equipped with a decorative mosaic pin. The knife is handcrafted in Seki, Japan.
