The FRIODUR ice hardened blade made of special formula steel from the ZWILLING special formula steel impresses with high hardness, flexibility and corrosion resistance. Combined with the forged SIGMAFORGE construction and the precise RAZOR EDGE finish, this results in a durable knife with consistently high cutting performance.
